As many of you know, we have been undertaking a significant review of the phylloxera-related Conditions in South Australia’s Plant Quarantine Standard (PQS).
We thank you all for your patience and important feedback contributing to this review.
We are working with PIRSA – Biosecurity SA to agree on final points in the new PQS. As a result, we are not expecting outcomes from the review to be in place during vintage 2020.
We will of course provide an update when the review has been completed. A full communications plan will be enacted to advise industry and interstate jurisdictions of changes and their impacts in due course.
