As part of the Queensland government funded fruit fly community awareness program, some fun online learning resources have been created for primary and secondary school students to learn about Queensland Fruit Fly (Q-fly).
Topics covered include:

- Lifecycle;
- Damaged caused;
- Hazard controls;
- Hypothesis testing;
- Control strategies; and
- Testing knowledge through a quiz.
