The Limestone Coast Grape and Wine Council (LCGWC) this week hosted the board of Vinehealth Australia. A roundtable between the management committee of the LCGWC, representatives from Coonawarra Grape and Wine and the board of Vinehealth Australia was held. This was a valuable meeting to share ideas, opinions and future opportunities for biosecurity and vine health in the region and more broadly South Australia. A visit to the Coonawarra rootstock trial and heat shed at Naracoorte provided a further opportunity to discuss priority issues for the Limestone Coast.
