The team at Vinehealth Australia is pleased to see the SA Government name 2021 the Year of SA Wine. We encourage wineries and tourists to keep biosecurity in mind when planning and attending events.
The $220,000 campaign for South Australia’s wine industry includes cellar door digital literacy workshops, a new direct to consumer website and unique wine events.
“We’re fully supportive of this campaign to drive visitors to our wine regions and our wines,” said Inca Lee, CEO of Vinehealth Australia.
“When planning events and activities, it’s important to keep biosecurity front of mind. Destructive pests, diseases and weed can be spread on vehicle tyres, clothing and shoes, so the best approach is to set up your event away from vines and prevent entry into vineyards with barriers and signs.”
Vinehealth Australia has a range of biosecurity signs that are ideal for consumer-facing locations such as cellar doors. Click here to view and order signs.
