As a result of finding a Queensland fruit fly larva in Glynde in metropolitan Adelaide, PIRSA has declared a new QFF outbreak, ‘Glynde in metropolitan Adelaide’ on 22 January 2025. The earliest anticipated reinstatement date for this outbreak is 16 April 2025.

This outbreak is separate to the Salisbury North outbreak. While it is a separate outbreak, there are two Controlled Movement Zones partially overlapping.
